The Take 5 concept allows you to be creative! For instance, you can run 5 miles, racewalk 5K, walk the dog 5 blocks, or walk multiple 5K (or 5 blocks) intervals with 5-minute breaks. If you’re a sewist or quilter, you can sew 5 quilt blocks, sew blocks for 5 hours, or sew blocks with a “5-chocolates reward.” You get the idea!
